LAN Auction Day, Newcastle

Where all the leading Newcastle agents auction their property.

The LAN Auction Day is open to all licensed real estate agents wishing to auction their residential/commercial/industrial property in Newcastle. It is held on Thursdays from 10:30am at the Butlers Conference Centre, Hunter Street, Newcastle.

You do not need to be a LAN member agent to participate and there are a number of highly credentialed auctioneers to choose from.

To participate, licenced agents can simply submit a booking by completing our online booking form.

The cost to participate from 1 July 2007 is $330 (inc GST) per property if you are a LAN member agent and $400 (inc GST) per property for non-members. This charge covers costs for hire of the auction room, auctioneer fees and development of presentation slides for the property being auctioned.
